1. Information
- Contact Phone: +33 639982245
- Email: contact@browb.com
- Customer Support: support@browb.com
2. Product Compliance
All products sold through browb.com are accompanied by valid CE test reports and CE certifications as required by applicable EU regulations. We only sell products that meet EU safety and compliance standards.
Note: We do not sell the following categories of products: balloons, toys for children under three years old, massage devices, medical-related products, beauty and skincare cosmetics, liquid products, food items, bulletproof/explosion-proof supplies, mine detectors, protective masks, sky lanterns, firearms and ammunition, various drugs, narcotics, medical products, and illegal products.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase the selected items at the prices displayed. All prices are shown in EUR (Euro) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the rate applicable in your country of residence within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no hidden fees.
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Pricing errors are reserved: if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the European Union is available to all 27 EU member states. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:
- The destination country
- The total weight of the package
- The volumetric size of the package
The exact shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Once your order is placed, no additional shipping fees, customs duties, or VAT will be added — the price shown at checkout is final.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control. Standard delivery within the EU takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy, or simply send us a clear statement by email to support@browb.com.
Effects of withdrawal:
- We will reimburse you for all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
- You must send the goods back to our return address (provided to you upon request) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, except where the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
6. Warranty & Returns
All products are covered by statutory warranty rights under applicable EU law, including a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product is defective or not as described, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact our customer service at support@browb.com within 30 days of discovering the defect. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, browb.com and Fleuve Distribution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer-protection laws of the EU Member State in which you reside.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of browb.com or its affiliates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Consumer Protection for Customers in the United Kingdom
This section applies exclusively to consumers resident in the United Kingdom. In the event of any conflict with other parts of these Terms, this section prevails for UK consumers to the extent required by UK law.
14.1 Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 protect your purchases made through browb.com. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any of your statutory rights under UK law.
All goods supplied to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods do not meet these requirements, you have the right to:
- Repair or replacement — within 30 days of purchase, you may reject the goods and receive a full refund, or require repair or replacement;
- Price reduction or final rejection — if a repair or replacement is not successful or not possible, you may require a price reduction or reject the goods and claim a refund.
14.2 Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the 14-day period ends — by email to support@browb.com or using our Returns & Refunds Policy. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back.
For hygiene-protected or sealed goods (if unsealed after delivery), the right to cancel does not apply.
14.3 Our Returns Address for UK Customers
Goods for return under UK consumer law must be sent to:
Fleuve Distribution
